«Kazakhoil Aktobe» LLP supports the nationwide environmental campaign «Taza Qazaqstan» («Clean Kazakhstan»).

As part of the Taza Qazaqstan campaign and the «One Person – Five Trees challenge», 150 turanga saplings were planted in the city of Aktobe on October 18 with the support of «Kazakhoil Aktobe» LLP.

The tree planting was carried out in cooperation with the Akimat of Aktobe Region, the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management, the Aktobe Forest and Wildlife Protection Authority, and students from K. Zhubanov Aktobe University and Baishev University.

The event was attended by Akim of Aktobe region Askhat Shakharov and Akim of Aktobe Azamat Beket.

Turanga planting also continued in the Mugalzhar, Bayganin, Shalkar, Temir, and Uil districts of the Aktobe Region.

In total, 500 saplings were planted as part of the campaign.

Turanga is a relict and sacred tree known for its exceptional resistance to heat, drought, frost, and salinity.

Reaching up to 20 meters in height, it enhances the landscape with its silvery-blue crown, provides dense shade, breaks the wind, absorbs dust and noise, and improves the environmental conditions of its surroundings.
