At «Kazakhoil Aktobe», the Draft of the New Constitution Was Discussed

A meeting between the management and the workforce dedicated to discussing the draft of the new Constitution and the upcoming national referendum was held at the production site of KMG’s subsidiary — «Kazakhoil Aktobe» (KOA).

The event was conducted in an open dialogue format. The participants were briefed on the key provisions of the new Basic Law.

Special attention was given to issues of production modernization, development of scientific and technical potential, rational use of natural resources, occupational safety, and human capital development. It was noted that the modern oil and gas industry requires highly qualified specialists, and that investment in education and professional staff development is a crucial factor for long-term growth.

“For our company, the principles of social responsibility, environmental sustainability, and safe production remain priorities. In this regard, it is important that the draft of the new Constitution enshrines provisions on careful stewardship of natural resources, digitalization, education, and science. I am confident that all these principles will give new momentum to the further development of the industry,” said KOA General Director Nurseyit Soyunov.
